Engagement Manager

Job Description

The Engagement Manager role at AgilityZis focused on building and cultivating strong relationships with clients. We are looking for a passionate, service-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to join our team. This position will lead the day-to-day interaction with clients and serve as the point-person to ensure cohesion between project teams.

Your Responsibilities

Liaise with clients to implement and plan projects more effectively, often setting up “discovery sessions” with key stakeholders to identify issues and ways to improve.

Manage projectsto boost morale and build productivity within teams for better and more efficient execution of tasks and projects.

Identify opportunities tocross-sell services to increase revenue and recommend new systems and procedures to amplify productivity.

Prepare reports on project performance and identify achievements and goals met as well as highlighting any areas for improvement going forward.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, communications or related field

3+ years of work experience in a relevant account management role

Strong management and organization skills

High level of business acumen and problem-solving skills

Proven history of cultivating client relationships

Excellent interpersonal communication skills and customer service attitude

Previous project management experiencewith the ability to multitask

Experience healthcare organizations preferred
